- Craft and serve high-quality handcrafted beverages consistently according to Starbucks standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Educate customers on various coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during beverage and food preparation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily store goals and operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- A genuine passion for coffee culture and providing world-class customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
