As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering the unique Starbucks Experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality handcrafted beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and building genuine rapport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Engage with customers to share knowledge about coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about coffee culture and the Starbucks brand.
- Possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Commitment to providing legendary customer service.
