In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our store, including the preparation of a wide variety of beverages and our signature Eskrim (ice cream). You will handle front-of-house duties, interact directly with customers to take orders and provide recommendations, and ensure the store maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to Wedrink recipes.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve Eskrim (ice cream) and other desserts with precision and excellent presentation.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory, including cups, milk, syrups, and coffee beans, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in general store operations and support team members during peak hours to maintain service standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK) is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and calculating orders.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our store's standards and procedures.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; basic English is a plus.
