Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages following Starbucks recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and dining area at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer orders.
- Engage with customers to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in store operations during peak hours to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.

- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
