Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any equipment maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service, making recommendations and addressing customer inquiries
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for operating POS systems
