Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and seasonal favorites.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving concerns with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Follow all Starbucks operational standards, food safety protocols, and health and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak and off-peak hours.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish supplies, and ensure freshness of products on display.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with tertiary education are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating hours.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic proficiency in English.
- A genuine passion for the coffee industry and commitment to the Starbucks mission.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, but previous experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage.
