Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and report shortages
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Support café operations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
