Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages consistently according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, personalized service to every customer in the store and at the Drive-Thru.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and food offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to Starbucks operational policies, security practices, and company values.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior F&B experience is a plus.
- Passionate about coffee culture and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
