Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at the Tapah Rest & Recreation (R&R) location. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and Frappuccinos, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to ensure accurate order processing and fast service.
- Build rapport with customers, answer inquiries about our menu, and actively promote new products and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and manage store inventory levels as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Malaysian Certificate qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn the craft of brewing.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or equipment when necessary.
