Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized beverage recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Process customer orders efficiently through POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
