We are looking for an energetic and passionate Barista to join our team at the Petronas USJ 9 outlet. As a Tealive Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be crafting delicious beverages, ensuring our high quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer who visits our store. We provide comprehensive training, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced hospitality professionals and individuals looking to start their journey in the F&B industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of Tealive signature tea beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service to ensure an exceptional brand experience.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and ordering procedures.
- Uphold brand standards for product presentation and outlet aesthetics.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in F&B or retail is an added advantage but not strictly required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
