Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve Tealive signature tea beverages according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or coffee/tea shops is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Must be energetic, proactive, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
