Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of Tealive beverages accurately according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering product inquiries with a smile.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the service counter, brewing area, and dining space.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and handle cash accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist in the promotion of new menu launches and seasonal campaigns to drive customer interest.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with F&B experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, fast-learner, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Well-groomed with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Must be fully vaccinated and committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety.
