Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of Tealive signature drinks according to standardized recipes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the workstation and dining area.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing store duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or coffee/tea preparation is an advantage but not mandatory (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during shift duties.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
