- Deliver the legendary Starbucks Experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and products.
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to standardized recipes with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A genuine passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
