Welcome to the vibrant world of coffee at Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company Sdn Bhd! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Baristas to join our dynamic team at Tin Village, Kampar. As a Barista, you will be the heart of the store, responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee while ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for upholding our high standards of quality and service. You will engage with guests, answer their questions, and create a warm atmosphere that keeps them coming back. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess great communication skills, and are ready to contribute to a successful store team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Brew and serve hot and cold beverages, food items, and merchandise according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile, taking orders accurately, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the coffee bar, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions and handle cash responsibly.
- Follow strict food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Restock supplies, cups, and condiments to ensure the store is fully operational at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store performance during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 20kg) and reaching.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Positive attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
