Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to Tomoro Coffee standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Manage POS transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Energetic, fast-learner, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
