Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive barista training programs for new and existing staff
- Create and update training materials, SOPs, and coffee quality standards
- Conduct regular skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to baristas
- Manage key client accounts to ensure service excellence and business retention
- Collaborate with management to implement F&B growth initiatives and menu innovations
- Monitor industry trends and introduce new brewing techniques and coffee knowledge
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all training sessions
- Mentor baristas to develop exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or team leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to train diverse learning styles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Passion for coffee and commitment to continuous learning in the industry
- Experience in customer account management and sales growth initiatives
