Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing baristas.
- Monitor service quality and ensure strict adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct daily barista refresher sessions and coffee brewing workshops.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Barista or Barista Trainer.
- Deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine maintenance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
