BLACKSMITH COFFEE GROUP is seeking a dedicated Barista Trainer / Barista Course Instructor to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing baristas, focusing on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Develop, update, and implement barista training curriculums and instructional materials.
- Mentor and evaluate trainees to ensure they meet BLACKSMITH COFFEE GROUP’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment in the roastery.
- Demonstrate advanced brewing techniques and coffee knowledge to staff and customers.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and refine service protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barista or Barista Trainer (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee machine maintenance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Patient and approachable teaching style with the ability to simplify complex techniques.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
- Strong passion for coffee and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
