Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by connecting with customers and anticipating their needs.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the coffee bar and customer seating area.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and seasonal products.
- Adhere to safety and health guidelines while handling food and equipment.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure fast and efficient service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with tertiary education are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for the coffee culture and customer service excellence.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to coffee shop operations.
