Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to Starbucks standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and building rapport with regulars.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle POS transactions and cash management with precision and integrity.
- Educate customers about our various coffee blends, brewing methods, and food pairings.
- Support team members in daily operational tasks, including stock replenishment and equipment maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- A team player who is willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is an added advantage, but not required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
