Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of handcrafted hot and cold beverages to Starbucks quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with customers and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both partners and customers.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and promote seasonal beverages, food items, and retail merchandise to achieve store targets.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with fellow Baristas and Shift Supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; hospitality students are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to learn about global coffee culture.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Highly motivated with a positive, 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with regular customers.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is preferred but not mandatory as full training is provided.
- Commitment to maintaining professional grooming and adhering to company standards.
