Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and professional table service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Process customer orders and handle payments using the POS system accurately.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and smooth café operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Deep passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn professional brewing techniques.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of basic mathematics for cash handling and inventory monitoring.
