Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages using premium ingredients and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional table service including order taking, food delivery, and attentive guest assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, dining areas, and service equipment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment of coffee, food supplies, and consumables
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all food handling and service operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as barista or waiter in hospitality/food service environments
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment operation, and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic food handling certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Positive team player attitude with proactive problem-solving abilities
