Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional table service, including taking orders and serving food/beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and dining area at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience in a barista or food service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible shifts.
- Well-groomed appearance and high personal hygiene standards.
- Strong team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
