Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espressos, lattes, and specialty coffee drinks.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring all coffee machines and brewing equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, restocking as needed to prevent shortages.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure a consistent and high-quality menu presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg).
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
