Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and wellness beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, fresh produce, and premium ingredients while maintaining optimal freshness
- Ensure absolute cleanliness and sanitation of all barista equipment and workstations
- Develop innovative beverage offerings that align with current wellness trends and seasonal availability
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create complementary food-beverage pairings
- Train new staff on beverage preparation techniques and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista or beverage preparation experience
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and bean varieties
- Certification in food safety and hygiene handling (HACCP preferred)
- Strong understanding of nutrition principles for wellness beverage formulation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Portfolio of original beverage creations demonstrating creativity and technical skill
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
