- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies, syrups, and bakery items
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Train new staff on beverage recipes and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in professional coffee preparation or customer service
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
