Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
- Deliver legendary customer service by anticipating customer needs and building genuine rapport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
- Promote Starbucks merchandise and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Starbucks career path.
