Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas and equipment
- Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining transaction security
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and company operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service or barista role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Physical stamina required for extended standing and multitasking
