- Prepare specialty coffee and non-coffee beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Deliver personalized customer service through product recommendations and order accuracy
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service or coffee preparation
