Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain bar area cleanliness and inventory management, including restocking supplies and ingredients
- Process orders accurately and handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate beverage and food pairings
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible service of alcohol
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist with opening and closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine service, and beverage terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
- Minimum age of 21 years old for handling alcoholic beverages
