Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers to take orders and provide drink recommendations.
- Check the identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting stock levels to management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
