As a Bartender at our resort, you will be the heartbeat of our bar operations, responsible for crafting a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their visit is memorable from the moment they sit down.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing drink recommendations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs to the Bar Manager promptly.
- Process guest transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash handling responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and liquor licensing regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operation during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Bartender, Bar Server, or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, drink ingredients, and garnishing styles.
- Strong command of English and Filipino languages, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
