- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, equipment, and utensils
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and requisition supplies efficiently
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately using POS systems
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff for seamless guest service
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail specials to drive bar revenue
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions and inventory
