Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic options
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper storage of spirits, mixers, and garnishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area, equipment, and glassware
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences during peak hours
- Upsell premium beverages and food items to enhance table revenue
- Adhere to safety protocols and responsible alcohol service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and cocktail preparation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment
- Basic understanding of Indonesian and English languages
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and commitment to hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of local Balinese culture and tourism industry preferred
