Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with high accuracy.
- Support team members to ensure smooth operation during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist, preferably in a restaurant or high-end bar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern mixing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic command of the English language; fluency in Indonesian is essential.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
