Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service
- Stay updated on new cocktail trends and incorporate them into the menu when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and cocktail preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in mixology and beverage service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work
