Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with guests to take orders, offer drink recommendations, and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Maintain a pristine and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and sanitized.
- Check identification of guests to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for order processing and cash management.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory, including spirits, beer, and garnishes, to minimize waste.
- Clean glassware and bar surfaces throughout the shift to uphold hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is required.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High level of physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and tipping.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure.
