Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Recommend drink selections and upsell specialty cocktails or bar snacks to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales.
- Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending is a plus.
- Strong passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
