Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and house specialties.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked with glassware, ice, and ingredients at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, and bar supplies to prevent shortages.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, as well as local alcohol service laws.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience working as a Bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift heavy boxes of supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification is a plus.
