Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and engaging interactions
- Manage bar inventory, including stock rotation and waste control to optimize profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for all bar equipment and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stay updated on new beverage trends and seasonal offerings
- Train junior staff on mixology techniques and service protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
