Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and wine, following standard recipes.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences and mood.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar station at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; restock supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Cash handling and reconciliation of daily sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell additional items to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail history, and wine and spirits.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours and maintain composure.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent hygiene certification.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
