Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and wine.
- Maintain the bar area in pristine condition, ensuring all equipment is clean and stocked.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations set by the resort.
- Clean glassware, bar tools, and work areas to company standards.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, or high-volume bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A valid Food Handler’s certificate is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
