- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages per guest preferences
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes using fresh local ingredients
- Maintain clean, organized bar area and manage inventory efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-pairing suggestions and themed events
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishment
- Expert knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., BARTENDSAFE)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing extended periods and lifting 25kg
