Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and attentive interactions
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and maintain cleanliness of all equipment and surfaces
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately while adhering to financial protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop innovative drink specials and seasonal offerings aligned with venue themes
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and responsible consumption practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience in high-volume establishments
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid certification in alcohol awareness service (preferred)
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player mentality
