- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area at all times, including wiping down counters, glassware, and equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation to ensure a positive dining and drinking experience.
- Check identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently while maintaining cash accountability.
- Restock bar supplies, such as ice, garnishes, and spirits, to prevent shortages during peak hours.
- Stay updated on new drink trends and recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
