- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide personalized recommendations to enhance guest experience and upsell premium offerings
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area, equipment, and supplies
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items efficiently
- Adhere to health/safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous bartending experience or relevant hospitality training preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Must be of legal drinking age (21+)
