Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized drink recommendations and engaging interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while adhering to safety protocols
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations during peak hours
- Develop knowledge of current beverage trends to create innovative seasonal offerings
- Manage inventory and report supply needs to ensure operational continuity
Kualifikasi
- Preferably with bartending or hospitality experience (fresh graduates may apply with training potential)
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a professional appearance
